About India Seatrade

We started the initiative in 2012 with the purpose to create a perfect platform to engage the policy makers, the industry and its stakeholders to work towards and develop a holistic and futuristic road map for the state and for our nation's maritime growth. The larger idea was to bring together experts with a global understanding and leaders with a mission to create a vision for the state and fuel similar initiatives across the country for its all round maritime development. The objective is to engage the stakeholders in a constant, continuous dialogue to bring about the right convergence of ideas, investment and transformation which would not only assist our nation accomplish its maritime goals but also help the industry and the trade meets its business aspirations.

India Seatrade has been working closely with the ship owners, ship operators, ports, logistics players, end users, consultancies and the government since 2012 in bringing together all the parties on to a single platform to discuss, deliberate and address the issues pertaining to the Coastal Shipping and Inland Water Transportation. Till date, India Seatrade has organized five insightful and highly successful events that have brought out numerous solutions to address various issues in this domain. The recommendations made by trade and end users were brought to the notice of the Ministry of Shipping after every event. We pride ourselves in delivering knowledge based events not only for their content excellence and presentation but also for their potential to truly serve by keeping the stakeholders, users and the community in their targeted sectors, informed and connected.
